On a windows 2003 server, what could I use that will print my document to not only the printer using the native print drivers, but will archive a copy of the print job to .pdf or some simular format?

Unfortunately this doesnt work, http://www.aloaha.com/wi-software-en/automatic-hardcopy.php doesnt work very well.
