I did check into their product, it turns out that you make 2 printers...one is the real printer and the other a pdf printer. The users print to the pdf printer and a windows service takes the pdf and dumps it to the real corresponding printer. This is not good because all the windows printer features are lost such as stapling, tray selection, etc.


I was hopefully looking for someting that took the print job and mirrored it into exactly 2 jobs...one with normal printer drivers and to the printer as it normally would, and the second to make it a .pdf archive. This way nothing would be lost.
