Correct.

It's all integrated into the single tool..
(it's actually the same three tools, under the hood).

Works just fine with your PDF...
The cursor turns into one with a "box" around the selection
beam and then you drag out the area you want selected. Right
clicking on the selection brings up a menu with options, such as
"Copy as Table" or even "Export to Spreadsheet".
