Any Ideas why the following happens:

Our workflow involves taking Word files (sometimes around 200 pages or so), PDFing them and sending to OCE copiers. The PDF is returned with the printed job for archiving. Despite the fact that The WORD documents use only standard fonts (Arial and Times), Acrobat often manages to produce a PDF file that is maybe one page longer - caused by reflow of text onto another line.
