I hear what you're saying, and we've previously had this problem when we
open a WORD file that has been sent to us if our WORD appl;ication is
set up to use a different default printer. But if the Word file opens up
fine on our screen (ie its exactly the same as our client's file) why
should it reflow when we PDF it?
