hii all
I wrote a plugin for Acrobat 6 in vc6.0 on win2k.
this plugin will retreave the rectangle
coordinates of annotations.

Each and evry plugin we write generates a .api file.(in the acrobat SDK its iven that these api are like DLLs on windows).
Now i want my plugin to be utilised by the VB people.Since its usually the way that VB programmer uses funtions inside of a dll...

what is the way he can use those plugin generated APIs ?

Those .api files dont behave as DLLs.I
checked in a tool called Dependency walker

Do i hav to use COM for this application.?

I am in a kind of ambiguity as its given there (in SDK) so many ways of writing applications.viz..

snippet runner,
plugin wizard,
basicplugin sample,
basicIacVc sample,

COM(this i read in some forum)

Which exactly is a better way of these?

thanx in advance
