Hi All
I'm hoping someone out there has had a similar problem and can help me. I'm working on merging approx. 2000 files into one document. I start with 6.0 on Win XP and now have moved to 7.x, same OS.
The file converts fine from word and merges okay as well. The problem is when I try to delete, extract or replace certain, not all, pages with updated ones, I get an error "There is a problem reading this document(15)". This will be my 3rd attempt on creating this document...starting from scratch, which is a drag because the first document was about 3/4 of way done. I've tried several things to avoid this problem such as, extracting images to identify bad one, replacing images in the header with text and merging small sections at a time. My next step is to check over each word doc before converting into PDF. I'm really stomped! I can get half way through the project before I realize there's a problem. If anyone has any suggestions, I really appreciate the help.
Thanks YC
