Topic: Apache (Oracle) pdf pages blank

I am running Apache (Oracle 10g version) which serves these previously created pdf files (Files reside locally on the host). Now Oracle is involved only as a pointer to these pdf files using pls, and that piece is working because the document is served up. Other note: page numbers are correct when the pdf is displayed, just all the pages are blank, now the problem only seems to occur from docs converted from word, excel, etc. Other pdf's specifically images (tiff, jpeg) serve up just fine. Any help would be great, I have been banging my head against the wall for more than a month now.

Host system: Win2k3 Server
Software: Apache, Oracle 10g
