Hi Partner:

I think part of the problem is "where your l's fall" on the page, which causes them to look weird sometimes.

I have had the same thing happen. Looks weird in the pdf file, but it prints and images fine at the press. The client may ask, but I have always been able to show them through hard copy print out and pdf files that the result they want will be achieved even if it looks funky in the pdf.
