I could use some help with pdf files saved on my handheld(HP hx4700)via pdf to go(clear vue pdf, dataviz v8)...when trying to open the file a message pops up 'invalid file format or could not be viewed with clear vue pdf'...is it a compatibility issue...?other

any advice much appreciated

ps. v8 supposedly supports NATIVE pdf files(so no conversion needed)...
