Yep, there is. ARTS PDF Crackerjack's imposition functionality can
handle this for you. If you merge all the separate PDFs into the one
file (you can do this using File > Create PDF > From Multiple Files) in
Acrobat, you can then use Crackerjack to create your spread/s (you can
specify the size of the output media/page size).
