I have narrowed it down to problems on Windows PC's using XP/professional and Windows 2000.

It seems that Reader version 7.05 has some issues, Does anyone know what they might be? Not all computers are affected in the trial group yet those that are just stop downloading the file and it freezes. This is not good. Windows 2000 can only use Reader v6.

I uninstalled my Reader v7.05 and then reinstalled it and it seemed like everything was working well untill I interacted with the document opening a related file but going back froze the loading.
Any help would be welcome.
