Topic: Identifying Image File Names in PDF

We generate Acrobat 6.0.2 pdfX1-a files from Adobe InDesign using a Creo Prinergy workflow and simultaneously create low-resolution versions for inter-agency viewing. Raster images are linked in the InDesign files to a server.

I am looking for a way to extract or identify the image file names in the resulting high- or low-resolution pdf. As far as I can tell, the pdf does not keep the name of the linked image file once the file is embedded into the pdf.

Is there any method or software available that will allow me to see and/or print the linked image file names?
