I work at newspaper and part of our work flow is re-tonning pdf images
that come from out side sources. We do this using the advanced edit
touch-up Object tools.
One problem we run into on occasion when trying to edit a photo is that
it comes into photoshop as a narrow sliver. It's as though the whole
image gets squished into a 1/16 inch space. However if you check image
size in photo shop it doesn't match what you see. If the sliver is updated
and saved back into the pdf the image disappears.
Does anyone have a work around?
