Yes, that's quite possible. There is also nothing wrong
with it (other than enlarged file size). It's due to the Mac OS X
printing model vs. that of Mac OS 9/Classic - not Adobe's doing.

Yes they do! One per page. For the exact same reasons...

Distiller has been handling Unicode since version 4.
