Topic: Add on software to create forms

I'm looking for an add on software product that would enhance Adobe Acrobat to allow me to develop a contract form/package.
We review over 100 contract packages a year. These contracts are prepared in the "field" by over 30 different individuals on our staff. Each contract package has five different documents in it. Much of the same data has to be entered individually into each document. I'd like convert all of the 5 documents to PDFs then link them to a form that when filled out, it would migrate that info into each of the documents. I would like the data entry form to do simple validations of the data, checking correct contract timing and in some cases check for math errors. Is there any add on software product that would facilitate this task?

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
