Is there a way to change absolute hyperlinks to relative hyperlinks?

My hyperlinks are created with the Compose-PlugIn, they are really absolute.
(e.g. "\\Server\folder\file.pdf")

I have hundreds of hyperlinks in a document and they are all absolute.

I use Acrobat 6 Pro an Win XP

Can anybody help me please?
