We are 6 users of 6.0 standard.
Some use Outlook, some use Outlook Express.
One contact in Holland is scanning documents using Xerox Document Center, and e-mailing them to us.
She claims all recipients except us can open the attachments, while we receive the error message insufficient data.
We receive .pdf files from many other people without problems. She sends email attachments to many others without problems. The trouble comes when she mails attachments to any of US. (She says). Other email attachments from others in HER company come to us OK, perhaps generated in other ways I do not know.
We can not understand why HER attachments are giving us problems EACH TIME. She has to fax the documents to us.
