Does anyone know the maximum number of pages allowed in a pdf. The reason being I have a postscript file that has 100,000 pages and when I convert this to pdf using Distiller I get a error:

%%[ Error: rangecheck; OffendingCommand: showpage ]%%
%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

I have also tried 5DtoPdf and have had no joy!

So I assume there is a maximum number, or does anyone have any other idea of getting around it??

I would appreciate it if you could reply to my email!!

Cheers.
