Hi,
I'm working on making a set of PDF documents accessible (using Acrobat 6 Pro) and I can't figure out how to edit the text that is related to paragraph tags. The existing text is in the wrong order within the tag.
I've tried deleting the tags and adding new one's - but after creating a new paragraph I can't see how to add the text that is associated with it manually.
I did try creating a new tag and then highlighting the text in the document itself and associating it with the tag - but I don't seem to be able to control what text is highlighted and what text is not, i.e.,. even though I'm only dragging over some text - it highlights other chunks of text - again in the wrong order. So I end up with the same problem I started with.
How do I edit the text that is a child of the paragraph tag?
I'd appreciate some pointers please. Thanks.
All the best,
Jim
