Topic: Graphic or Form Field PDF dilemma

We are currently merging data into many defined PDF Form Fields using ActivePDF software. Company logo graphics on the PDF document will inevitably be changing soon.

I'm new to PDF document manipulation and don't know how to (1) change the graphic within the PDF document (using Acrobat 5.0) OR 2) import graphics from a file somehow in Acrobat or the merge process OR 3) translate Mail Merge fields in the original Word document to come across as Form Fields in the PDF document.

I obviously don't want to have to go into the Acrobat designer and re-insert 100+ fields any time a graphic is requred to be changed.

Any ideas on how this can be maintained or software than would work?

thanks - (and apologies if I've missed this topic in the forum)
