Hello All,

New to this forum, just started a new position where I will be working with PDF files more often. A lady upstairs was having a problem viewing a PDF file. When she opened the attachment it would ask her for encoding options? Using the default windows encoding produces about 200+ pages of garbage characters? Now I then asked her to email me the file in question. When I received the file I opened it without any difficulties. What might cause this issue?
