I'm having a problem with a client who says she can't open my pdf's. I'm on a mac and make pdfs straight out of indesign. She is on a pc. She says the pdf starts to open (in reader) and then she gets an error message saying "the font has a bad cm coding".

Can anyone shed any light on this for me? It's driving me a bit barmy!
