As an architect, I am constantly sending and receiving documents as attachments to email. I need to combine the emails with their attachment as a single pdf document, in order to properly archive it. I spend alot of time printing the email to pdf in outlook, then printing the attachments (usually autocad or word files), and then combining them to a single file with a third program.

Is there a program that will automate this whole process? Ideally, I would like to right-click on an email with attachments, designate a file name and path, click OK and have the computer do the rest. I have tried Acrobat 7, and it does not have this capability. I am sure this sounds like wishful thinking, but I suspect there are many others in my boat.
