I have a client that is making a PDF in Photoshop on Mac (she doesn't know what version or OS) and then she passes it to me to insert some hyperlinks and upload it to her site.

On my PC I use the link tool in Acrobat 7 (pro) to add some hyperlinks. It works fine on my PC once uploaded, but my client and her mac users can't click the links. Here's the file:

I can't find any info on this anywhere. Am I making the PDF's wrong, or do they need to upgrade their readers, or is there a mac-PC incompatibility?

Any help would be appreciated.
