Hello all. I知 new to Acrobat and Designer and have every limited programming knowledge. I知 working on a project in which I知 attempting to create a PDF form to use as an online application to submit data to a database over the web. I致e had some trouble finding examples of forms I could adapt for my use on the web and was hoping someone can direct me to examples of how its done or lend a helping hand.

I have a battery of questions, but I値l start off by asking for help using sub-forms. I致e read that you can make fields visible using buttons. I would like to adapt this concept for use with my form. The user would select an option in the beginning of the form, and based on that selection, a sub-form would be added into the form. Can this be done? And if so, how does adding a sub-form affect the pagination of the document. For example, suppose the sub-form is about 2 pages long, does acrobat automatically add in the 2 pages increasing the total document length by 2 pages, or is the document going to have 2 blank pages within the document until the correct selection is made for the insertion of the sub-form?

I知 using Designer 7 to build the form. Thanks for any help!
