We send PDFs out for commenting by the client, the client opens the PDF
on their machine (on a different version of Acrobat & Windows) Once the
updated commented PDF gets back to us we need to open it up and print
it off with the comments on.

The comments appear on the print out, but the actual text (being
commented on) on the pages is missing???? We are opening it on a Mac
running OS X and Acrobat 7 (standard & Pro - same results)

The images preview attachment is of the print dialog of one particular
page (you can see that the page has a table (to the right) the rest of the
items on the page are rules and post-it note commentings.

Any ideas anybody???

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
