I've got a multiple hundred page PDF file which has a blue background and white text. For printing purposes, I need to change the background to white, and the text to black (or really any color besides white).

Messing around with the settings in Edit->Preferences->Accessibility seem to only change the view of the document... On the screen the text is black and the background is white, but when I print it, export it, or send to another computer, the blue background and white text returns.

How can I permanently change the color of the background and text?
