I have never created a PDF mailto form before, but I have recently had to do so for a corporate website.

I followed a simple tutorial on
step by step. I then linked it to the site via
a hyperlink, and linked it to my personal email for testing purposes. No probs so far. However, when I filled out the form to test it, and clicked the submit button, it told me that"some of the necessary fields have been left blank. Please fill them in"....ALL the fields that I put as "compulsary" were highlighted as being blank, despite the fact that I had filled them with the appropriate text. As a beginner, I am stumped. If anyone could help me I would be very grateful, since the company is awaiting the completion of this form!
