Hopefully someone can help me on this (or, can refer me to someone who can).
I work in a law firm that uses Concordance EX 7.3 with Opticon 2.10. Concordance is a litigation management software and Opticon is an image management software which ties into Concordance. Our O/S is Windows 2000 SP5. There are a few users in my office who are having a problem when they try to convert database images, which are accessed through Opticon, and are usually in TIFF format, into PDFs using the Adobe PDF printer driver. It seems that they are getting the following error message:
%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%
%%[Page: 1]%%
%%[ Error: limitcheck; OffendingCommand: imagemaskDistiller ]%%
Stack:
-dict-
%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%
I’ve checked both the knowledge bases at the Adobe website and the Concordance website (Dataflight Software) to no avail. I am not certain as to whether or not the problem stems from how the images are created as TIFFs or if there is a setting within Adobe that needs to be tweaked. Any assistance or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
