Greetings PDF Yodas,

I have a list of websites I want to convert into a PDF document. Here's an example of the output I want in the resulting PDF file:

1. Some Website A: http://www.somewebsiteA.com
2. Some Website B: http://www.somewebsiteB.com
3. Some Website C: http://www.somewebsiteC.com

Now, rather than go into the PDF document and individually edit every hyperlink with the Link Tool to be clickable, is there some way I can add some sort of secret Adobe tags around my URLs in the source document so that all the hyperlinks will be clickable in the final PDF output?

My list has over 1,400 sites on it and the thought of editing every one by hand is a bit daunting.
