Howdy all,
First time posting here - I'm trying to research an issue one of our end users is experiencing w/ Adobe and/or Word.

User has Adobe 6.0.3 and Microsoft Office 2003. Not sure if EU has all the MS office and Adobe updates installed.

In the EU's own words:

When I try to convert Word files to pdfs, the process is - literally – endless. The system does not freeze, it just takes up to 30 hours to produce a single page… The problem does not happen when converting other Adobe files (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other MS Office files.

I'm doing some basic troubleshooting, like running 'detect & repair' for MS Word, will have him check for Adobe updates, but wondering if there's any other troubleshooting suggestions out there I could try.

Thanks in advance,

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
