Dear all,

I am a lawyer of a Russian software company.

For some of our products we need to create PDF files. So, we are going to license PDF-XChange PRO SDK from Tracker Software Products LTD that provides Software Developers with a ROYALTY FREE means to provide Adobe PDF compatible file creation within their software for the production of reports and other output as an alternative to printing to paper.

The only question I have is it legally available for this company (not Adobe) to create and license/sell such kind of software, i.e. software that provide Adobe PDF files creation/printing?

I saw lots of examples of such sort of software in Internet but I still doubt that developers of such software do not infringe any right of Adobe.
