Topic: Stamp and print encrypted PDF

Hi to all,
I receive encrypted PDF's via email. I need to store the pdf on disc with an unique filename and then print to a specific printer based on some data in the email subject (got that working).
But what I really would like, is that the unique filename is stamped onto the pdf before printing.
As I do not know the credentials to decrypt the pdf, I cannot use the 'normal' stamp overlay tools.
Anybody has a solution eg?
- Just stamp and print, without actually saving the pdf
- Create a second pdf with the filename then merge the two (can you merge if one of the two is encrypted?)
- Print to a pdf printer to create an unencrypted version, then stamp and print?
I do not want to break the encryption, just gegerate a simular workflow as printing, numerating, procesing, filing.
What ever the solution is, it must be able not really take more than 10 seconds per document.
Am I thinking the right way, is there a simpler way, is there a standard solution?
Another way perhaps is to scale the original document down to 90% then add a header and print. Is that possible with an encrypted pdf?
