Hi all! I'm Italian so I'm sorry for my bad english... ;)
I have a problem: I've added 2 pages (a Table of Contents written with Word 2003) to a pdf document, then I've noticed that this 2 pages have different measures in comparison with the original pages: the new pages are 8,5 x 11 inches instead of 8,26 x 11,69.
I've tried to resize them in a lot of different ways, with several softwares, but I've not been able to make the measures of every page always equal...
I've found some softwares that make me choose the dimensions of the page, but if I try to increase the height from 11 to 11,69 inches, no software lets me to do this change.
I've found no problem to reduce from 8,5 to 8,26 inches, but I don't succeed in raising the height.
I've fought to reduce the height of all the others pages (although i didn't liked these new flattened pages), but after having reduced some pages I've noticed that the new format leave out of the page some text...
So my only solution is to raise the height of the 2 new pages or to find a way to create other 2 new pdf pages from a Word (or another text editor) document choosing the exact dimensions of the new pdf pages in the moment of their creation.
Could you help me to solve this problem suggesting me how to do to resize the pages raising the height and which software I must use to reach this goal?
I'm sorry if my post is too long.
Thank you all for the help! :)
