I got a huge pdf file that opens showing a bunch of bookmarks like a TOC. I want to reduce the size of the document by running it through distiller with settings for smaller graphics etc..eBook. It works and reduced the file from 781k to 190k but all the bookmarks are gone. I only have acrobat version 5 to do this with. Is there a setting that will preserve the bookmarks?
