Topic: Rotating every other page?

We have Adobe 7 Pro and we're trying to scan a several hundred oversize bound books that contain sensitive information (so sending to an outside service isn't an option). Since the books are oversize the only way to scan them is to turn it around, resulting in a pdf file where every other page is upside-down. Is there a way to permanently go through each file and automatically rotate every other page? Each file would be quite long (50-100pages) and there will be at least 300 of these, so doing it manually wouldn't be an option.

Thank you for your help!
Christine
