I know you can navigate to a specific page or named destination in Acrobat 6...

Is there anyway to place a link in a header or footer that, when clicked, goes to the next page or back to the previous page?

If not available in v.6, is it available in v.7? I've recently seen docs that allow this sort of navigation within a pdf.
