Topic: Editable text in a Stamp

Hello Folks,
I have done the stamping procedure where I "stamp" an existing PDF with a PDF (a jpg of a business card). Now i wish to add to this stamp some text which would be editable in future using the PDF text edit function. If I were to create a Word doc with this graphic and also some editable text I could convert this to a PDF and use it as a stamp and then the text would be editable. However the "stamp" would probably be a whole Word page (lots of white space) and therefore would be not good to use as my stamp.
Does anyone know how I could incorporate my graphic with editable text as a PDF stamp?
Thanks in advance,
\Tom
