Topic: Redax plug-in cannot find text in document
Conf: (P-PDF) What's Wrong with my PDF?, Msg: 151237

I have a document that I am trying to redact using the "Find using list" function on the Redax menu. The problem is that Redax cannot find any text in my document.

When I go to Redax > Find Text Areas, it says "No areas were found."

When I go to Redax > Find Image Areas, it annotates one image in the document (which really is an image) and still does not see the text.

What might be the problem? I have no problem "seeing" the text when I do a search, use the Select Text function, etc.

Thanks very much.
