We all feel your pain with junk email, faxes, mail and phone calls. Duplicate post are like junk email.
See your duplicate post in the Paper to PDF conference for my response.
Please post a question to only one forum. Many contributors respond by using the "todays messages" filters or the marked new posts, so one posting will receive attention. Duplicate posting just waste time like a junk fax.
