I have a PDF which displays a JPEG which is NOT embedded in the PDF but referenced as an external link (the PDF is one of 1000s of archived documents and embedding the same JPEG in all of them would vastly increase disk usage). The PDF uses /F /FFilter etc.

This all works fine in Acrobat 6 and earlier versions but Acrobat 7 (including 7.05 and 7.08) gives a "Drawing error". Acrobat Preflight is quite happy with the PDF.

I've attached the files (which need to be in the same directory).

Any suggestions?
