I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. I've been assigned to try and fix a problem at my company. We need to convert RGB PDF's into CMYK PDF's as the RGB's are created in a watchfolder. Currently we have Acrobat on a machine with the Quite A Box of Tricks plugin. The person before me created a small VB program that watches a folder and when an RGB PDF is created in the "In" folder the VB program runs a series of Ctrl keys to run the Quite a Box of Tricks plugin and saves the PDF as XXXCMYK.pdf into the "Out" folder and moves the RGB PDF into the "Processed" folder. This is all good and well if no one touches that computer but if Acrobat is not the active window the series of Ctrl keys run on whatever window is active. Does anyone know of a program that can accomplish something like this?

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
