I am copying 1,000s of pages of archive material with a digital camera and after colour correcting and cropping want to be able to distribute them as 'volumes', corresponding to the original books.

There seem to be lots of PC apps that do this, but none for Macs.

Obviously I could create huge w/p or Pages documents and then print to pdf [this would allow me to caption each page which would be nice, but not essential], but would take an age...

Any ideas?
