Topic: Printing with comments, and comment sequential

Hi,

I was wondering if it were possible to highlight text, and
print the document, with the text highlighted, but with no notes associated to
the text. Currently I can choose whether I want lines pointing to the
highlighted sections or boxed numbers in front of each highlighted entry.

Also, I was wondering if one could have the sequential note
numbering continue throughout the entire document, instead of the numbering
starting over at 1 for each new page.

Any and all help is
greatly appreciated,

Jimmy

PS, I am using Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard
