Hi,

I need some help regarding table of contents of a PDF file. My application creates a PDF file (a publication) with table of contents (TOC) which a user can save it to his system and modify the content before publishing, if required. If the user deletes a page or two, the TOC should reflect the change (change the page numbers and content reference in the table of contents accordingly).
Currently, I am able to save the PDF file on my system and edit/delete a page, but the TOC is not reflecting the changes. How can I achieve this? please help.
