I am in the training department and have to keep all of our standard operating procedures up to date. I use these sops in a training manual I print out for each position. There are numerous jobs that use that same info like Forklift procedures. So instead of duplicating the forklift procedures for each position, I would save each individual sop as its own word doc and then use Batch print Pro to make a book tailored for that job. Then if I updated some info I would only have to update it in one place and all the books would then have the new procedures as that single file would have been updated.
Once getting Adobe Acrobat, I put all the SOPs into one file called the "Training Manual" and made bookmarks to the individual SOPs. This helped me because now I only have to go to one place to find everything. But now when I got to print a certain training book that only requires some of the pages from the training manual, I have to print the pages separately instead of having a batch printer just print certain files that position needs.
Is there a way to batch print pages from a pdf file or do I still have to save each individual sop as a single file.
Thanks so much.
