Double-Click the Submit form button with the Button Tool and in the
action section, edit the action, the URL should be your email
mailto:youremail@whatever.com (no spaces) and choose PDF The
Complete Document for the export format. That should work fine on the
mac. It will attach the completed PDF to the email.
you can also add a subject line to the email by adding a little html code
in the url:
mailto:youremail@whatever.com?Subject=Send me more info
