We are an engineering firm looking to send proposals and contracts to clients via pdf files, and be ensured that they are secure from tampering or changes once they leave us... I realize standard Adobe password protection isn't safe enough --what are some good recommendations on software products that can achieve a strong level of security w/o costing 2500.00(like LockLizard) -- thank you,
