Ok, I understand now that although our office has Acrobat 7 Pro, that we cannot internally save data that has been entered into a fillable form with the data still in the form in any way that it could still be edited. The boss has also now said that she might email the form to be completed by clients (Reader issue - sorry, didn't think this was the issue the first couple of days; could have saved time for me and those kind enough to put up with me - thanks again!).
Now there are a few points I need to clarify:
1) Can Nitro solve this problem?
2) Can CutePDF?
3) Can anything short of Reader extension?
4) Where on the Adobe site is the cost for Reader Extension be found?
Again, my form is merely client data (address, etc.) created in Designer from an MS Word document. We have Windows XP on all computers. I only need what any of us need: save my data in the form so it can be updated as needed.
Thanks!

Laura
